Background:

I am a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist with a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for my patients. My journey in the field of physical therapy began with a deep fascination for human anatomy, biomechanics, and a desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Education:

I earned my Masters of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from Manipal University in 2010 where I received a comprehensive education in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. I am licensed to practice physical therapy in the states of NY, NJ and CT

Experience:

With 13 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse group of patients, ranging from acute care in the hospital setting to outpatient settings, athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors seeking to maintain their independence. My practice has encompassed a wide array of specialties, including neurological, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, and pain management.

Approach:

My treatment philosophy is centered around patient-centered care, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. I believe in creating a supportive and empowering environment where patients actively participate in their own recovery. I am dedicated to developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

Passion:

I am truly passionate about the positive impact that physical therapy can have on people’s lives. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing my patients progress, regain their independence, and return to the activities they love. My commitment to my patients’ well-being extends beyond their time in the clinic, as I believe in providing education and guidance for long-term health and wellness.

Personal Interests:

Outside of my professional life, I love to travel, spend time outdoors with my family, or binge-watch shows with my hubby. I enjoy workouts, hiking, biking, and yoga. These interests not only enrich my life but also contribute to my understanding of the importance of movement, physical activity, and overall well-being.

I look forward to the opportunity to assist you on your journey to improved health and mobility. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or seeking to enhance your quality of life, I am here to provide you with the highest quality care and support.
